Privacy Policy

TopSaid ("we", "us") helps brands see how AI assistants recommend them. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Information you submit: brand name, website, category, competitors and email address.
• Report data: the questions we generate, the AI assistants' answers and your scores.
• Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Billing data for paid plans is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

• To generate your report and email you the link (and, on paid plans, weekly reports).
• To send occasional product updates about TopSaid. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent abuse of the free tier.

Processors

We use Vercel (hosting and storage), Brevo (email and contact management), Stripe (payments), and AI providers accessed via Vercel AI Gateway (OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, Anthropic). Your brand, website, category and competitor names are sent to these AI providers to generate answers; your email address is not.

Sharing

Reports are available at an unguessable link. Anyone you share the link with can view it. We don't sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep reports and contact data while your account or subscription is active, or for up to 24 months for free reports. If you're in the EU/UK you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to processing. Email gordon.niou@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
